But there"s a theory floating around the internet that it was done on purpose to prepare for Avengers: Infinity War. Curious? There"s a theory that Captain America"s death was already foreshadowed in Avengers: Age of Ultron! Remember when Tony had a hallucination that all the Avengers had died, including Captain America?

The theory is that it wasn"t a hallucination and was just a look into the future! Most people believe that it"s going to be a scene featured in Infinity War.

If that scene ends up in Infinity War, it means the end of Chris Evans as Captain America. But it could mean the beginning for someone else...

If Cap dies, it"s possible that the Winter Soldier will take over. It happens in the comics!

這個猜想是基於飾演冬兵的塞巴斯蒂安·斯坦和漫威簽下了很多部電影。總的來說，塞巴斯蒂安簽了9部電影，而克里斯只簽了6部。

The theory is supported by the fact that Sebastian Stan who plays the Winter Soldier is contracted for many more Marvel movies. In total, Sebastian is contracted for nine and Chris is only contracted for six!

So for now, Cap is alive and a bit bruised from the events of Civil War. But alive nonetheless! He just might not survive the events of Infinity War.
