Our Takeaway Restaurant Team is a central function to our Customer and Client Care Department based in Borehamwood. Dealing with a range of business issues via email and the phone, the team prides themselves on providing a world class service to our vast range of restaurants across the UK. The team is growing, and we are subsequently looking for individuals who are fluent Chinese speakers to interact with our range of Chinese restaurants.


You will be joining a vibrant and fast paced team in a unique office environment. Not every company has ping pong, table football, games consoles and arcade games after all!


Responsibilities:

Deliver a world class business to business experience to our diverse range of Chinese restaurants speaking across the UK


Manage multiple client issues and queries, and work towards a first time resolution


Interacting with consumers on particular issues which require intervention.


Dealing with a variety of invoice and administrative matters direct with the Restaurant owner.


Work towards daily, weekly KPI』s and targets. As well as long term individual career goals and development

Required skills:


Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese


A strong communicator in English who enjoys building relationships


A desire to work within a fast paced and constantly changing environment

A strong work ethic, and team focused mentality

TED』s guide to what the Online Concession Coordinator - Asia does around here


Reporting to the Online Concessions Manger you will be primarily responsible for driving online growth within the Asian territories. You will work within the Online Concession team and alongside the International Merchandising team to manage the relationship with Asian partners, whilst maximising online sales and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


First port of call, build strong relationships with partners dealing with all enquiries


Manage daily and weekly reporting for Asian markets monitoring sales, key metrics and promotional activity


Lead weekly conference calls with partners to discuss performance and processes


Work closely with the Online Concessions Manager on the long-term trading strategy


Provide both long and short term sales forecasts and focus on budgeted acquisition and marketing strategies


Alongside the International Merchandising team potentialise stock and availability to maximise sales growth of the online business


Maintain the stock packages and mix tailoring to trading patterns


Analyse trading patterns and understand the sales curve, reporting findings and providing action steps


Provide enrichment data to partners in the format required


Translate detailed product enrichment descriptions from English to simplified Chinese


Send imagery onto partners and manage 3rd party studio with imagery needing to be shot, create shoot list and manage lead time


Track allocation lead times


Manage critical path to ensure product launches within agreed lead time and follow up on all outstanding styles not published


Site walk daily to ensure all products are live and correctly merchandised


Process exit plan recalls seasonally alongside International Merchandising team


Identify commercial opportunities across all sites working closely with the marketing and trade teams ensure Ted has the required exposure across all site


Scout competitors and other vendors trading Ted on site, ensure prices are in line and Ted official is priority placement on page


With support from Online Marketing team understand opportunities proposed by partners and report on all activity


Understand Asian trading markets


Assist Finance team to understand 3rd party invoices


Personal Traits:


Chinese speaking - Simplified Chinese for writing and Mandarin Chinese for speaking


Strong attention to detail


Highly organised to ensure the smooth running of all daily operations


Ability to think commercially


Analytical and numerical with strong reporting skills


Experience within an Ecommerce team


Communication & influencing acumen
