On the other hand, benefits that modern technology has brought arelimited forthe aged populationandpeople from disadvantaged backgrounds.【老人和窮人沒有受益】

Complicatedapplication methods andfrequent updates aretwo main barriers forseniorsto use modern communication technology. Those people learn much slower thanothers andare reluctant toadapt tonew changes.【老人不受益：學習慢，不願意接受新事物】

Forthepoorwhocan hardly afford the price of technology devices such as laptops and smartphones, the benefits brought by new technology are far beyond their reach. Having little knowledge about thenew tools and how to use them are whythese two groups are left behind by modern communication technology.【窮人不受益：支付不起】
