最近聽說南京有個「彩虹計劃」

彩虹計劃是一個由多種藝術項目組成的綜合性互動項目。

該計劃連接藝術與社會群體、藝術與公益行動、藝術與弱勢群體等諸多關係。啟發探求藝術與社會的覺醒、共生、共榮的交互關係。

彩虹計劃由藝社分享推動人Penny Yan、藝術家胡語桐共同發起，希望以藝術為出口，聯合社會資源重新關注弱勢群體、環保事業與社會和平的文化議題。彩虹計劃將聯同中美的多家自閉症兒童學校及多方參與機構，在全國範圍內通過線上線下多種形式的活動開展關注自閉症兒童的活動。該項目還包括藝術家由此展開的主題創作展，藝術與社會的互動項目孵化等。

在此計劃中，大眾和藝術家將不分主體和客體，均以「藝術×公益」的形式聯動社會廣泛參與，展開大眾與小眾，精英與弱勢群體，藝術回歸社會，社會啟迪定義文化價值的多重精神對話。

The Rainbow Project is a comprehensive interactive project of

various art projects.The project connects many relations as art and social groups, art and public action,art and vulnerable groups.Inspired to explore the mutual relations of awakening,symbiosis,and common prosperity between art and society.

The Rainbow Project is co-sponsored by Penny Yan, the promoter from art society, and Hu Yutong, an artist, they hope to use art as a media, joint social resources to re-focus on social issues as vulnerable groups, environmental protection and world peace.The Rainbow Project will be associated with a number of Sino-US autism children s schools and multi-stakeholder organizations, and carry out activities that focus on the activities of children with autism throughout the country through various forms of online and offline activities. The project also includes the artist s theme exhibition, art and social interaction project incubation.

In this project, the public and the artist will both be deeply involved as "art × public welfare", therefore, social participation is in a wide range. Art returns to society, and social enlightenment define cultural values, to force a spiritual dialogue between the majority and the minority, the elite and the vulnerable groups.
