Yeah. I think there many players in the league that subconsciously call "Kobe!" when taking their shots, but Derozan should be one of the ones that truly should even if he doesn"t.

While he"s can do it, Kobe"s bread and butter ain"t bully ball to the basket, spot up corner 3, nor 40ft 3"s.

When you"re the same size, play the same position, and possess similar skills, of course you"d want to emulate the GOATs. It always drove me crazy when people made it seem like a bad thing that Kobe tried to play like Jordan.

He"s a great player and is still efficient overall, but it"s definitely not from his midrange game

Yup. When you have one of the best mid range shooters in the league you use it to your advantage, even if it"s the "worst shot" analytically speaking. I should know, we have AD, mid range is deadly.

If I recall correctly, the Spurs were near the top in eFG% last season while also being near the top in midrange attempts. Midrange isn"t inherently bad, it"s when you midrange iso when there"s still like 16 seconds left in the shot clock that is inefficient. Use that time to try and find a better look.

Edit2: somewhat hilariously, the Knicks are 1st in percentage of FG attempts that are 2pt midrange attempts and 21st in eFG%.

如果我沒記錯的話，馬刺上賽季有效命中率排名很靠前，同時中距離出手數也很靠前，中距離本身並沒有那麼壞，只是當你在進攻時間還剩16秒時出手一記中距離的話，效率很低。你應該好好利用那些時間，去尋找一個更好的機會。

PS：更搞笑的是，中距離佔總出手比例最高的是尼克斯，但他們的真實命中率只排在聯盟第21。

There are plenty of teams who still shoot plenty of mid-range jumpers and are doing really well (Spurs, Jazz, Wiz, Raptors, Clips). It all depends on the players you have on your team and creating a playstyle that fits their skills.

The Rockets shot a shit ton of threes last season too and didn"t have as much success. This year Brooklyn, Dallas, Charlotte, Philly, Portland, and Denver are all in the top-10 in 3s attempts per game, and all of them have losing records.

有很多球隊中距離投的很多，同時戰績也很好，（馬刺，爵士，奇才，猛龍，快船）。實際上這都取決於你隊里的球員有誰，然後怎樣的一套戰術才更能發揮出他們的技能。

上賽季火箭也是三分射了一籮筐，但是成績遠不如這個賽季好，這個賽季籃網，小牛，黃蜂，76人，開拓者還有掘金都在場均三分出手榜的前十，他們的戰績可不好看。
