中國單親媽媽為腦癱兒子鋪就「風雨哈佛路」，外國網友看完這樣說

這兩天，美國新聞社交網站Reddit上中國話題下最火的一條貼文是：中國媽媽拒絕放棄腦癱兒，將他撫養長大送上哈佛。

相信不少網友都已經知道了這位單親媽媽鄒翃燕的故事。

1988年7月，一起醫療事故造成鄒翃燕的胎兒宮內窒息，醫生說：「這個孩子將來非癱即傻，沒有搶救價值。」

她的丈夫也打算放棄這個孩子，而鄒翃燕狠不下心腸，她選擇了獨自把孩子撫養長大。

因為孩子丁丁小腦運動神經受損，鄒翃燕要付出幾倍的努力才能讓他和別的孩子一樣成長。

苦心人，天不負，經歷了無數的風雨和坎坷，2011年，丁丁從北京大學環境科學與工程學院畢業，同年進入北京大學國際法學院就讀。2016年3月，已經工作兩年的丁丁被哈佛大學法學院錄取。他說：我從來沒敢想過申請哈佛，是媽媽不停地鼓勵我，讓我試試。我每次遲疑不前時，媽媽都會伸出有力的雙手，護我前行。

新華社5月16日報道了這對母子的事迹，感動了無數網友。

而在大洋彼岸，這則充滿正能量故事同樣讓北美網友讚嘆不已。

許多人評價這對母子的事迹難以置信，令人震驚（amazing）。

She worked 1 full time job and 2 part time jobs to support him AND THEN still had time to teach him and be by his side. That s amazing. She must have slept only like 2 hours a night.

另外有網友表示，其實考北大比考哈佛更難，用哈佛來作為成功的標準欠妥。

It s funny that they use Harvard University as the benchmark for success when he also went to Peking University for undergrad.

The most uplifting thing to me is that she first committed all that work and time, and succeeded in raising a valuable member of society. I still have commitment issues of working out 1 hour a day.
