Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to lead Sourcing and Procurement initiatives within the APAC region. The goal is to deliver savings opportunities by working with the business / function to meet operational requirements and achieve optimal total cost of ownership across Coach』s non-merchandise spend.

Work with key stakeholders to establish specifications and operational needs for assigned sourcing project
Perform quick market analysis, benchmark analysis and spend analysis if necessary
Identify and qualify Asian suppliers for Regional and Global initiatives
Work closely with the Regional and Global Procurement team to develop categories and execute procurement initiatives
Lead or facilitate the supplier selection and negotiation process
Perform savings tracking and report realized savings on a continuous basis
Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships if necessary
Manage development and execution of POs and contracts when necessary

B.S. / B.A. degree
Minimum of 7 years Strategic Sourcing experience or procurement consulting experience
Experience of lead and executing RFX processes
Previous experience in leading commodity/category purchasing in complex activities that crossover departmental, geographic and entity boundaries preferred
Project management experience preferred
Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs
Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
Strong English skill both in Oral and written
Strong organization and time management skills
