荷蘭皇家帝斯曼先進太陽能亞太區總裁。北京大學化學學士，加州大學戴維斯分校化學博士，美國國家高磁實驗室博士後，密西根大學ROSS商學院MBA。

何飛博士在高科技領域的戰略、投資併購以及運營管理具有豐富的實際經驗。引領國內企業在美國市場成功IPO。領導帝斯曼中國完成投資及併購天津國韻，浙江中肯, 無錫帝成, 山東愛地，中化帝斯曼的全球合資公司「帝斯曼中化製藥」。

Professor Amy Zhai

北京大學光華管理學院院長助理 ，EMBA項目執行主任，北大光華-Kellogg國際EMBA項目主任，北京大學光華管理學院管理科學與信息系統系教授。獲清華大學雙學士與工學碩士學位，在美國普渡大學商學院取得管理學博士學位，她的研究領域集中在企業運營戰略及管理、供應鏈管理。

Assistant Dean of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, Executive Director of EMBA, Director of Guanghua-Kellogg Executive MBA, Professor of Department of Management Science and Information System. She earned her BA and Master Degree at Tsinghua University, Ph.D in Operations Management at Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. Prof. Zhai s current research interests include Operations Strategy and Management, Supply Chain Management.
