Bradley feels like he"s in a weird spot, valuewise. He put up .463/.390/.731 last year with 16/6/2. He"s highly respected as a defender. His defensive highlights video is pretty impressive. He only turns 27 in November. He"s on a good contract, if only for one more year. He has a track record of continual improvement (he came into the league with shooting questions: now he can shoot. Last year he wanted to work on his rebounding: he jumped from 3 to 6 rpg).

On the other hand, he"s a 6"2 shooting guard that doesn"t look like a guy a team wants to build around as one of its 2 or 3 best players. He"s going to command a pretty sizable contract if the Celtics want to keep him or a team trades for him and wants to retain him. Advanced stats don"t love him: his

VORP last year was lower than Olynyk"s and Smart"s, his WS/48 was 9th on the team and lower than Jerebko"s (!), and his DBPM was 10th on the team and negative.

If the Celtics want to move him, it"s to clear cap space so they"d likely want to move him for a pick... but the kind of team he should have the most value for (a contender for whom he"d be a supplemental piece) isn"t going to be offering a lot of pick value and is going to have issues with whether they want to pay him, while teams that have ample cap space and trade assets probably aren"t looking for a player like Bradley.

如果凱爾特人想要讓他走，那原因肯定是要騰出薪金空間，所以應該會交易來選秀權，但最能讓布拉德利物盡其用的還是那些需要補強爭冠的球隊，但這些球隊又沒有什麼價值比較高的選秀權，而且也存在是否和他續約的問題。同時那些薪金空間和籌碼充足的球隊又不會想要布拉德利這樣的球員。

I like Bradley a lot but I"m leery of the Celtics paying him what I imagine would be a fairly high market, and at the same time I struggle to see them getting good trade value for him if they move him.

i"ll never forget his rookie year when the announcers were talking about how the coaching staff tried to tell him to calm down because he didn"t need to pick guys up full court every possession lol. From that moment on I knew he was going to be special. A lot of these guys you see take shit for granted, Avery knows every single thing that happens on the court matters

Whoever voted for IT, Dame, KAT and Westbrook should all have their vote taken away. It"s one thing to vote for a decent defender who isn"t as good as some others, but those 4 were all actively bad

Agreed. There were more bad ones too. KD should absolutely fucking not have less votes than Lebron(who shouldn"t even have any since this is based on regular season). And Steph Curry should not be getting votes either, especially when Bradley didn"t even make a team.

NBA needs to do something about this shit.

The fact that Westbrook got so many votes means there"s a lot of people who don"t watch games and just assumes that he"s a great defender because he"s athletic.

從威少得了那麼多選票便可以看出一堆人根本沒看球，就理所當然覺得他運動能力很強所以他的防守就很好。
