丨詞源/The Origin of the Word

修羅場原為佛教用語。在佛教傳說中，阿修羅與帝釋天因一個有美女而無美食另一個有美食而無美女互相嫉妒，繼而發生激烈的搶奪。修羅場便是指二者慘烈征戰的戰場。

阿修羅。

帝釋天。

在日語中，「修羅場」（しゅらば）一詞被引申為進行著激烈戰鬥的地方，或者指代能夠令人聯想起這樣場景的地方，並且還可以用來形容事件或事故現場。

The word 「shuraba」 originally came from Buddhist literature. In the Buddhist legends, Asura and Indra are jealous of each other, because Asura has beauties but no cate, and Indra is in opposite situation. Shuraba is just the location where the fight taken place that between them.

And then "shuraba" is quoted in Japanese as the battle field, or the dreadful scene implying war or death.

後來在日劇和動漫中，修羅場的用法逐漸演變為形容兩個或以上對同一異性（或同性）有好感的人，在此人所在的場合相遇時，發生各種狀況的慘烈場景（一般多用於形容多名女性喜歡同一男性）。通常都指向人民群眾喜聞樂見的後宮戀愛喜劇，但需要注意，修羅場也會有十分悲慘的結果。

在這裡，捕輿者奉勸各位讀者老爺若在生活中真的遭遇修羅場，不要猶豫，麻溜地趕緊跑！

In Japanese TV series and animation, the usage of shuraba has gradually changed. And now, it used to describe the tragic scene that, two or more people who are falling in love with the same person meet on the occasion of their lover in. (It is more commonly used to describe a number of women like the same man)

那麼，在自己不是主角的情況下，如何判斷是否深陷修羅場呢？暫且以男性視角的異性戀舉個栗子——

1． 現場有2位以上的女性存在。

2． 你提出的話題永遠無法進行下去。

3． 陰風陣陣，氣氛相當尷尬。

4． 身邊有至少一個女性緣特別好的朋友。

So, how to figure out if you are in shuraba or not?

在很多情況下，廣大男性同胞是比較羨慕陷入修羅場的男性角色的。畢竟能讓很多女性為自己爭風吃醋是一件多麼幸福的事！正所謂牡丹花下死做鬼也風流啊。

還有一個原因。這些陷入修羅場的男性角色通常都是很平常的男性，既不多金，也不是花美男，頂多是年少。這就相當符合了廣大男性群體的各種想像……
