Theresa Taozi（瑜伽老師 / Yoga Teacher）

Theresa桃子老師（500E-RYT)，在十餘年的研修與教學瑜伽的過程中，拜訪了世界各地的著名瑜伽教練。她整合自己的親身感受以及豐富的教學經驗，用心教瑜伽。瑜伽是身體轉變以及提升精神的完美結合。每次瑜伽課程你都會感受到身體、氣息達到了剛柔平衡，這是一個讓學生們感受到神聖的複雜過程。此外，她也是一個極富社會責任感的企業家，在烏干達生產手工瑜伽墊袋，幫助弱勢婦女擺脫貧困。曾接受過CCTV、中國瑜伽在線、《瑜伽》雜誌、瑜伽文摘等採訪。

Theresa 桃子老師 (500 E-RYT) has been teaching and studying yoga internationally for well over a decade. She has studied all over the world with many of yoga"s leading teachers. She uses her life experience combined with her wide range of trainings to teach from the heart. A style of yoga that is both physiologically transformative and spiritually illuminating. She implements her 「Soul Seeds」 philosophy and tool kit in private sessions in a unique form of yoga coaching to help individuals reach their maximum potential in every aspect of life. Lastly, she is an avid socially and environmentally responsible entrepreneur producing handmade yoga mat bags in Uganda, lifting vulnerable women out of poverty. She has been featured on CCTV, China Yoga Online, Yoga Journal, Yoga Digest and more.

隨著健康周一系列活動的展開，我們要說明的是，本次健康周的所有收益將被捐贈給我們的非政府組織合作夥伴——全球環境研究所。他們致力於在中國西部青海省開發和開展項目，以保護環境，提升當地居民的生活水平，改善健康狀況。我們的收益將直接用於資助這些改善民生的項目，為項目的推進盡的一份力。

In addition to the kick-ass kick-start at your health week, all proceeds of the Opening Ceremony will be donated to our official NGO partner, the Global Environment Institute. This special organization is dedicated to developing and operating projects in China』s western Qinghai Province to help protect the environment, enrich the livelihood of the local population, and improve health conditions. Our proceeds will go directly towards funding this life-changing organization』s projects, pushing them one step forward to
