LJ ZHANG, DIY pastry workshops instructor of Cook&Book, graduated from Shanghai Feihang International Cookery School and she is continuously developing delicious and original baking recipes. .

夏威世,畢業於王森國際咖啡西點學院，Cook&Book烘焙培訓師，擅長各類慕斯甜品及中式小點心。

Summer, the baking instructor of Cook&Book, graduated from Wangsen International Coffee and Pastry School, he is a master at making Mousse and Dim Sum.

此次月餅課程地點在靜安區芮歐百貨4樓——璞廚，專業的烹飪教室。

The workshop will be held atCook&Book, a culinary experiences station located on the 4th floor of Reel (Jingan area).
