30名精英回國，日本警告美國別手軟，一夜間2萬億蒸發，西方陣腳大亂
美國狼子野心，為阻斷中國復興之路，設置重重障礙，拉著一眾歐洲國家處處刁難中國，甚至設立「巴統」組織，將對華禁運封鎖的技術、武器等一一列舉出來，相互督促。
就連曾經作為中國附庸存在的日本、韓國也爭當美國的幫凶，都想在中國困頓之際分上一杯羹！
一、西方抱團死守最後關卡，欲扼住中國的咽喉
新中國建立之初，一大批懷著科學救國抱負的海外留學生，衝破艱難險阻，回到祖國懷抱，錢學森、鄧稼先、華羅庚、郭永懷、朱光亞等老一輩科學家回國，為中國國防事業打下堅實的基礎。
近幾年來，中國在軍工領域取得累累碩果，但擊敗敵人靠的不僅僅是堅船利炮，若要徹底擊垮西方列強，必須在經濟上壓倒對方！
目前，中國正處在經濟轉型升級最關鍵的階段，但最後一道關卡卻被西方死死扼住，它便是在高精尖領域起著類似人體心臟作用的集成電路產業（晶元是半導體元件產品的統稱，是集成電路的載體），心病一日不除，中國便要一直受制於西方！
中國國集成電路產業比起美國，歐洲，韓國，日本差距巨大，以2016年為例，中國品牌智能手機已經佔到世界份額50%左右，而蘋果和三星手機也大多是在中國製造，但主要利潤卻被掌握集成電路技術的國家賺取！為何會造成這種狀況？
集成電路是ICT領域的上游技術，是硬體的基石，而這是美國的核心領域之一。中國每年進口的工業品，集成電路進口遙遙領先所有其他工業品，排在第一位，儘管中國是製造大國，但晶元卻要依賴進口，其進口金額高達2271億美元（約人民幣1.4萬億），進口的絕大多數便來自美國！對於「宇航級」晶元還要看美國人的臉色，首腦級會議才考慮對中國出售幾顆！可想而知，中國的火箭發射、軍事民用衛星長期受制於美國芯，安全性必將大受影響！
而西方早就防患於未然，美國、歐洲、日本、韓國聯合起來，配合默契，形成一條不成文的規定，凡是進入中國地區的集成電路公司必須比本土的科技含量低三代，西方的設想很簡單，就算中國得到部分技術又如何，始終被狠狠的甩在後面！
二、只要祖國有需要，獻上餘生又如何
「芯」病必須解決，但根治中國「芯」病，光靠國家投資可不行，最重要的是要有一批頂尖科學家攻城拔寨。
得知中國心病未除，16年前，66歲的黃令儀院士原本應該退休，安享晚年，卻再度出山，苦研16載，打造出擁有完全自主知識產權的「龍芯」。黃老以前是中科院計算所的研究員，曾參與過兩彈一星晶元的研發，現在已經82歲高齡。
在2004年，60歲的尹志堯毅然放棄美國的百萬美元的年薪，衝破美國政府層層審查，20多年的科研成果，包括工藝配方、設計圖紙一律被美國沒收，帶領著三十多人的團隊回到中國。
尹志堯一直在美國矽谷從事半導體行業，在世界最大的百億美元的半導體設備企業——美國應用材料公司擔任總公司副總裁，參與美國幾代等離子體刻蝕機的研發，在半導體行業20多年，擁有60多項技術專利，曾被譽為「矽谷最有成就的華人之一」。
為儘早實現回國的目標，尹志堯和他的團隊一天工作時長超過16個小時。尹志堯團隊多年的堅持終有了回報，近日，據央視《中國財經報道》報道，我國某半導體設備公司將在今年年底正式敲定5nm刻蝕機！率先掌握5nm半導體技術，目前西方半導體巨頭還在為10nm，7nm技術忙活呢，中國已經掌握5nm技術。長久以來，我國在這一領域沒有任何話語權，尹志堯和他的團隊譜寫了什麼叫做彎道超車！
三、「芯」病根除之日，便是中國重返世界之巔時
儘管目前我國自主研發的晶元與西方國家相比尚有差距，但按照當前的進展，到2020年中國晶元自給率要達到40%，2025年要達到50%，這其實是一個非常高的目標，因為這意味著2025中國集成電路產業規模佔到全世界35%，也就是超過美國位列世界第一。對日本、韓國來說，唯一的優勢也將被中國徹底擊碎！
