13、很多人學佛精進不起來，根本原因就是出離心沒有修好。四外加行是修出離心的方法，把四外加行修好了，相續中才能產生真正的出離心。

13. Many people are not diligent while practicing Dharma, the basic reason for which is that they have not aroused the renunciation. The Four Outer Preliminaries are the ways to practice renunciation. The authentic renunciation only arises when the Four Outer Preliminaries are perfectly completed.
