He"s clearly a negative given his contract, but he"s also a young durable big man who can switch onto guards and is good at getting offensive rebounds. Basically he can contribute something compared to say Noah or Mozgov.
If I"m a tanking team interested in the Brooklyn pick I"d much rather get him than say JR Smith, who after a terrible season pissed and moaned that Dwyane Wade replaced him in the starting lineup.
