Cultivation of Sa?gha (monastic community) and propagation continuously the wisdom of the Buddha

It is a remarkable plan which takes a hundred years to educate the Sa?gha and cultivate the talents. Only with the profound and high quality of Buddhist monastics, the Dharma can be propagated continuously just like a firm pillar rock in midstream to continue function properly. Having possessed a good education of Sa?gha and elevated general quality of monks and nuns, Buddhism can have a better mutual adaptation in the present society; thus, preaching of Dharma can be propagated functionally and properly. Consequently, the prospective of Buddhism will be filled with brightness and prosperity.
