西蒙·詹姆斯概念店(Simon James Concept Store in Newmarket)是一家位於奧克蘭上皇后街的零售商店，產品包括家居用品、時裝、設計、藥店和珠寶等。整個空間現代、私密的且簡約。設計師魯弗斯·奈特(Rufus Knight)側重室內設計，而柴郡建築師事務所(Cheshire Architects)的納特·切西雷(Nat Chesire)則致力於重新構思建築的外觀。這裡有柔軟的沙質天花板，淺色的木質地板和巨大的中島台，這是交談和體驗的空間。讓你慢慢了解產品和收藏品，平靜的環境中，少即是多。

Simon James Concept Store in Newmarket is a light-filled shop located at 2 Kent St where you can discover and purchase homewares, fashion, design, apothecary and jewellery within a modern, intimate and pared back setting. Interior architect Rufus Knight created in the interior setting, while Nat Chesire of Cheshire Architects worked on reimagining the exterior of a brick building that once went un-noticed. With textured soft sandy ceilings, pale tone stripped-back wooden floors and a large central stone island, this is a space for conversation and experience. The space allows you to slowly introduce yourself to the products and collections in a setting that is calm, and where less is more.

The curated shop will see Tom Dixon homewares sit alongside furniture pieces by Simon James and fine diamond jewellery by Jessica McCormack. An evolving edit of clothing will showcase local designers Mahsa, Paris Georgia Basics and Penny Sage, alongside local beauty and apothecary products by MARYSE and Curionoir. All share common ground in their ability to combine beauty with function, and each represent enduring and thoughtful design.

Within the space is an area dedicated to Jessica McCormack diamond jewellery, including a seating and consultation area for clients and a secret-reveal mirror enclosed within the wall. Exclusive to Simon James, this is the only retailer of Jessica McCormack"s work outside of her namesake Mayfair jewellery shop in London.

Bishop Selwyn Chapel

禮堂位於奧克蘭，是奧克蘭市中心Holy Trinity大教堂的一部分，擴大了活動空間，進一步建造了一個外部平台，增強了教堂的吸引力以及與社區的關聯性。

The Bishop Selwyn Chapel comprises part of the project for Completion of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, Parnell, Auckland. The proposal envisages a chapel in the garden, a continuation of Bishop Selwyn"s vision and a resolution of the cathedral cluster.

Te Hihi

-鄉村住宅 -

Te Hihi位於Karaka區，這是一套自然景觀中鄉村住宅。客戶要求設計一套擁有三間卧室的房子，另外還有一個可以容納客人的書房。目的是建立一個現代「紐西蘭」風格的房子，融入其鄉村環境，而不採用傳統的「農舍式」美學。

Te Hihi is a recently completed rural home in the rolling landscape of Karaka. The client brief required a three-bedroom home with an additional study that could also accommodate guests. Their wishes were for a contemporary 「New Zealand」 styled house that blended in with its rural surroundings, without employing a traditional 「farm house」 aesthetic.
