推翻重來

今天只看了一小時不到的書，收拾一下自己，可能方式不對。。。然後我就出去散步了，5點散步到7點多，哇，冬天千萬不要抽風出門散步，巨冷走的我差點就叫車回家了。

然後，跟老朋友打了個電話，講了一個小時，跟他嘮嗑總是覺得時間過的很快，不敢說多了，怕他驕傲。。。有一個可以，聊得來瞎扯的朋友感覺真好，本來怕黑的，只想著懟他就忘記了害怕~

你覺得來不及了，往往時間剛剛好。

據說高數會特別難，對於我這種基礎薄弱，智商一般，志向還非常遠大的孩子來說，簡直一言難盡，辦法總比問題多，好好想想吧。

你認為很可靠的關係，可能不堪一擊，你一直忽視的，可能一直在。對生活抱有最大的誠意和善意，篤定真實，眼裡總有光芒。

現在懶惰是因為短期看不到成效，你不是超人，想要什麼都能實現。

像一棵樹一樣瘋狂的茂盛吧，反正還年輕，認真學放肆玩。

World Bank to spend 28% of investments on climatechange projects

The World Bank has made a「fundamental shift」 in its role of alleviating global poverty, byrefocusingitsfinancing efforts towardstacklingclimate change,the group said onThursday. The world』s biggest provider of public financeto developing countries said it would spend 28% of its investments directly onclimate change projects, and that all of its future spending would take accountof global warming.

At last year』slandmarkconferenceon climate change in Paris, the World Bank and its fellowdevelopment banks were made thelinchpinsofproviding financial assistance to the poor world, to enable countries to cutgreenhouse gas emissions and adapt to the effects of global warming.

「Following the Paris climateagreement, we must now take bold action to protect ourplanet for future generations,」 said Jim Yong Kim, president of the WorldBank Group. 「We are moving urgently to help countries make majortransitions to increase sources ofrenewable energy,decreasehigh-carbon energy sources, develop green transport systems and buildsustainable, livable cities for growing urban populations.Developingcountries want our help toimplementtheir nationalclimate plans, and we』ll do all we can to help them.」

John Roome, senior director for climatechange at the World Bank, told: 「This is a fundamental shift for the WorldBank. Climate change will drive 100million more people intopoverty in the next 15 years [unless action is taken].」
