The world of work has changed considerably in the past decade and it continues to evolve at a rapid pace. 「However, the advice available to undergraduates is failing to keep pace with the changing employment landscape,」 says Alistair Cox, CEO of recruiting experts, Hays.

Alistair says, we owe it to the next generation to give them the most relevant advice so that they have the best possible chance of making the best decisions at this early stage in their careers.

He advised: 1. Be open minded and adaptable now, and in the future. Rather than being pigeon-holed by your degree, really think about how the skills you』ve acquired throughout your studies can be applied to a field that you』re intrigued by.

2.花點時間真正衡量你的選擇。第一份工作選對了，能為你長期的職業發展奠定基礎，讓你能夠勝任將來的工作，並確保你在競爭日益激烈的職場脫穎而出。

2. Take your time to really consider your options. The 「right」 job will build the foundations of your long-term career, equip you for the future, and ensure you stand head and shoulders above the rest, in an increasingly competitive job market.

3.學無止境。每個行業都可能受到新發現和技術發展的影響，所以求職者必須適應不斷變化的就業市場。

3. Learning doesn』t stop just because you』ve graduated.Every sector is likely to be affected by continued discoveries and developments in technology, so you jobseekers must adapt with the changing world around them.

IMAX CHINA 公布 2017大中華區全年財務業績

IMAX China reports full-year 2017 Greater China revenue

IMAX China今日公布2017年大中華區全年收入為1.265億美元，毛利7740萬美元，相當於總收入的61.2%。

IMAX China today reported full-year 2017 Greater China revenue of $126.5 million and gross profit of $77.4 million, or 61.2% of revenues.

本年度經調整利潤達到創紀錄的4590萬美元，較去年增長22%，這一增長得益於比2016年多安裝的8家銷售型影院，以及主要由於公司成本削減計劃帶來的銷售、一般及行政開支減少19%（以股份為基礎的薪酬除外）。

Adjusted profit for the year came in at a record $45.9 million, up 22% from the prior year, driven by the installation of eight additional sales-type theatres versus 2016 and a 19% reduction in SG&A, excluding stock-based compensation, primarily as a result of the Company』s cost-reduction initiatives.

There were 544 systems in the IMAX theatre network in Greater China as of Dec. 31, 2017, of which 527 were in commercial multiplexes.

目前，這些商業影城的影院網路中 340 家影院為收入分成模式，187 家影院為銷售模式和銷售型租賃模式。截止到 2017 年 12 月 31 日，已簽待建的 IMAX 影院數量為 309 家，其中 236家影院為收入分成模式。

Currently, 340 of these theatres operate under revenue-sharing arrangements and 187 operate under sales and sales-type lease arrangements. There are also 309 theatres in backlog as of Dec. 31, 2017, of which 236 are for revenue-sharing arrangements.

The Company also installed 120 new theatre systems in 2017, which is up from the 117 new installations recognized during 2016.

2017年，大中華地區IMAX DMR（數字原底翻版）影片的票房總額為2.908億美元，去年同期為2.957億美元。

Gross box office from IMAX DMR titles in Greater China was $290.8 million in 2017, compared with $295.7 million in the prior-year period.

Porsche China set up the new strategy function

保時捷中國日前宣布成立客戶關係管理部門以及戰略和業務發展部門。

Porsche China has set up the new functions of Customer Relations as well as Strategy and Business Development to better serve Chinese customers with the commitment being rooted in the future of the Chinese market.

德國保時捷總部董事會任命熊天池和海凱山分別出任保時捷中國客戶關係管理副總裁以及戰略和業務發展副總裁。

Gary Shone and Carsten Hess have been respectively appointed Vice President, Customer Relations and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development by Porsche AG in Germany.

面對龐大的用戶群，以及中國消費者對產品體驗和服務需求的不斷升級，高標準的專業化客戶關係管理，已成為實現客戶滿意度的根本所在。

丹佛斯集團2017年中國市場表現搶眼

Danfoss delivers a strong 2017 in China market

2017年，丹佛斯凈銷售額達433億丹麥克朗（合58億歐元），較上年增長超過40億丹麥克朗（合5.5億歐元），以當地貨幣計算同比增長12%。

In 2017, net sales increased by more than DKK 4bn (EUR 550m) to reach DKK 43.3bn (EUR 5.8bn), corresponding to 12% growth in local currency.

Of all the regional markets, China achieved highest growth of 30%, which is driven by major investments in energy efficiency to solve the challenges of climate change and air pollution. We expect to maintain or expand our market share, while maintaining the profitability measured as margin at 2017 level following significant investments in digitalization.
