成就法的目標 THE AIM OF SADHANA
問：為什麼我們在巴克提瑪伽成就法中有不同的練習內容？一種練習不夠嗎？
Q: Why do we have different practices in Bhakti Marga Sadhana? Is one practice not sufficient?
帕拉瑪罕撒·維希瓦南達：一種練習法足夠了。不管哪一種一個人覺得親近，那一種練習就足夠了。重要點是，不同的人需要不同的葯。當你去同一個醫生那看同一種病，醫生會給不同的人開不用的葯。這個醫生不好嗎？不是的，是因為每個人不一樣。這就是為什有不同的成就法。
PV: One sadhana is enough. Whichever one someone feels close to, that one is enough to practice. The point is, different people need different medicine. You know, when you go to a doctor for the same illness, the doctor gives different medicine to different people. Is the doctor bad? No, it"s that each person is different. That"s why you have different sadhana.
如果你只是唱誦聖人納拉延的聖名，Om Namo Narayanaya，如果你只是練習唱誦科里亞那也足夠了。但是你有足夠的信念嗎？如果你只是練習你的科里亞，只需要那就足夠了。你對著有足夠的信心嗎？沒有。如果你帶著愛祈禱並把自己奉獻出去，只是那樣就足夠了。但是必須要有信念。如果你沒有信心，你可以練習所有的成就法，但它不會帶你去到哪裡。
If you just chant the Name of Sriman Narayana, Om Namo Narayanaya, if you just do Mantra Kriya that is enough. But have you enough faith in that? If you just do your Kriya, only that is enough. Have you enough faith in that? No. If you just do your prayer with love and dedicate yourself in that, only that is enough. But that faith must be there. If you don"t have faith, you can do all the practices, but it will lead you nowhere.
如果你有信心，如果你練習一種成就法並練習它，它將會幫助你去到你要去的地方。注意一件事：在巴克提瑪伽中，成就法只有一個目標，任何的成就法唯有一個目標。這目標是什麼？
If you have faith, if you take one practice and practice it, it will help you reach where you have to be. Note one thing: in Bhakti Marga, the sadhana has only one aim, any sadhana has only one aim. What is that aim?
獲得神的愛。獲得神的恩典。獲得祂。獲得這愛，祂的恩典以及祂，這些都沒有區別。目標是一個。所以，目標就是獲得聖人納拉延，獲得祂的恩典，祂的愛，這樣你將永遠與祂同在，這樣你能獲得你靈性身體，與祂在一起。也許，你只是想要死去，結束，消失？這有點無聊，不是嗎？沒有目標的生活才是無聊的。
To attain the Love of God. To attain the Grace of God. To attain Him. To attain the Love, His Grace and Him, there is no difference. The aim is one. So, the aim is to attain Sriman Narayana, to attain His Grace, His Love, so that eternally you can be with Him, so that you can attain your spiritual body and be with Him. Or do you just want to die, finish, disappear? It』s a bit boring, no? Life without aim is boring.
這個世界上有多少人在漫無目的的生活著？許多，大部分人。這個世界上百分之八十的人就像動物一樣的生活，沒有目標。並且，在剩下的百分之二十有目標的人中，又有多少人是在生命中是有著至高目標的？百分之五？那甚至都不到。百分之二，甚至百分之二都沒有。少於百分之一的人有清晰的他們必須獲得的目標。這就是薄伽梵奎師那說的：許多人被召喚，很少人被選中。
How many people in this world live a life without an aim in their life? A lot, the majority. Eighty percent of this world lives a life just like an animal without any aim. And, within the twenty percent who have an aim in life, how many have the greatest aim in life? Five percent? Not even that. I will say two, not even two percent. Less than one percent have that clear aim of what they have to attain. That"s what Bhagavan Krishna said: many are called, few arechosen.
只要你的目的不清晰，只要你的目標不清晰，你就需要練習。你需要凈化你自己。一旦你想要的你的目標清晰了，練習任何一種成就法，它就能帶你去到那。因為巴克提瑪伽的所有成就法都只有一個目標：臣服於神，獲得無上我。不僅是，「哦，是的，我想要去到天堂」【聽眾笑】不只是那樣。我們想要獲得並永恆的與祂在一起。這就是目標……
As long as that goal is not clear, as long as your aim is not clear, you need to practice. You need to purify yourself. Once your aim of what you want is clear, take any sadhana and it will lead you there. Because all the sadhanas in Bhakti Marga have only one objective: the surrender to God, to attain the Supremacy. Not just,『Oh, yes, I want to go to heaven". [The audience laughs] It"s not just that. We want to attain and eternally be with Him. That"s the aim…
所以，任何練習都將帶你去到一個地方，到達終極實相。只有當你的目標清晰，只有當你內在清晰的錨定,「是的，我的目標是那樣，我的目標就是那」，只有那時你的心才能打開。不然，心不會那樣打開。當你的心打開時，你需要練習什麼樣的成就法就會變得清晰，以及你在這裡的目的是什麼。
So, any practice will lead you to only one point, to reach the Ultimate Reality. Only when your goal is clear, only when you have that anchored clearly inside your mind,『Yes, my aim is that, my goal is that", only then can your heart open. Otherwise, the heart doesn"t open like that. When your heart opens up, it becomes clear for you what sadhana you have to do, and what your purpose is here.
