製作奶油白汁
Bechamel Sauce

500ml 牛奶/Milk
40g 中筋麵粉/Plain flour
鹽和胡椒/Salt & Pepper
40g 黃油/Butter
4 tbsp 帕爾馬乾酪碎/Granted parmesan cheese

準備8-10張千層麵皮
8-10 dried egg lasagne sheets

鋪醬料製作千層

依次按照肉醬-麵皮-奶油白汁-帕爾馬乾酪的順序層層疊放
Line an ovenproof dish with a little of the Bolognese sauce, arrange sheets of lasagne over followed by more sauce, then a layer of white sauce, sprinkle some grated parmesan and continue making layers like this until you have used up all the ingredients.

End with a topping of white sauce and grated parmesan cheese.

烤箱預熱至200攝氏度,放進去烤30-35分鐘至表面金黃
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake in the hot oven for 30-35 minutes until golden-brown.
