01 A Beautiful Princess

第一章 美麗的公主

There lives a beautiful princess.

有一位美麗的公主。

Her hair is as black as ebony.

她的頭髮像烏木一樣漆黑。

Her lips are as red as blood.

她的嘴唇像血一樣紅潤。

Her skin is as white as snow.

她的皮膚像雪一樣白暫。

So she is called Snow White.

因此人們叫她白雪公主。

One day her mother gets very sick and dies.

一天她的母親得了重病，去世了。

Snow White has a stepmother.

白雪公主有了一位後母。

The stepmother is beautiful .And she is very proud of it.

後母很漂亮，並很以自己的美貌為傲。

She has a magic mirror .One day she asks the mirror.

她有一面魔鏡。有一天她問魔鏡：

"Mirror, mirror, on the wall,

「鏡子，鏡子， 牆上的鏡子，

Who is the most beauliful of all"

誰是這世上最美麗的人？」

The mirror answers：

鏡子答道：

"You are beautiful ,my Queen.

「您很美麗，我的王后。

But Snow White is more Beautiful."

但白雪公主卻更漂亮。」

The Queen hates Snow White.

王后憎恨起白雪公主來。

She says to a hunter, "Kill Snow White!"

她對一位獵人說：「把白雪公主給我殺了！」

The hunter takes Snow White into the forest.

獵人把白雪公主帶到了森林裡。

But he can"t kill her.

但他下不了手去殺她

"Run away ,Princess !" he say.

「快跑吧，公主！」他說

Snow White runs and runs .

白雪公主跑啊跑。

Oh,poor princess!She is lost in the forest.

哦，可憐的公主！她在森林裡迷路了。

Then she sees a small house .She goes into the house.

這時她看到一棟小房子，於是走了進去。

There are seven small chairs.

裡面有七把小小的椅子，

There are seven small cups on the table.

桌子上有七個小小的杯子，

There are seven small beds too.

屋裡還有七張小小的床。

She is very .She falls asleep on a small bed .

她累壞了，躺在一張小床上睡著了。
