2018年即將踏入五月，聽力已經連續多場出現英音，也出現口語考試英音讀題，讓很多練習多年美音的同學一臉懵逼。
「很生氣。。我是準備了好久沖110+的，但是遇到了兩篇英音聽力！我真的聽不懂英音啊，是啥都聽不出來的那種，哭泣。」
「一戰的同學表示聽到英音的時候全程懵逼，這真的是英語嗎？還有這種操作？」

但是其實托福考英音不是什麼新鮮事，在托福考試中本來就會有一定量的其他口音（英音、澳大利亞口音等）的聽力內容，力求接近真實的大學生活場景。
英音和美音對於中國學生的區別還是挺大的，不僅在單詞發音上有區別，比如捲舌音、"a"、"o"、"t"、"u"等發音不一樣，還在語音語調、斷句停頓上有很大區別。所以，在複習托福考試的時候，要有意識地用英音的材料磨耳朵，這樣萬一遇到英音聽力的時候就能從容應對！

TED大家都不陌生，短小精悍的演講，與眾不同的視角分析，並且和托福聽力的講座場景非常像，因此很多考生喜歡用TED來練聽力。但是由於它源自美國，大部分的演講者都是美國口音或者印度口音等，這麼合適的材料好難找到英音的視頻！
