印度海娜手繪是一種古老的身體裝飾藝術，在東南亞，中東，北非等地區比較盛行。
海娜手繪並不局限於婚禮使用，在印度，這項藝術已經有了幾千年的歷史，印度的大街小巷經常都可以看到這樣一群手藝人，他們被稱為手繪師，
而手繪的材料，被稱之為海娜，人們採摘下這種灌木的葉子，將其磨成極精細的糊狀物，便成為印度手繪師重要的繪圖原料。除了手繪外，海娜也被用做染髮，許多印度老人頭上看不到白髮正是拖了海娜的福，海娜也被譽為天然的植物染髮原料。
Indian Henna hand painting is an old art of body decoration,its very popular in southeast Asia, middle East and north Africa. It is not just for the wedding, in Africa,this art has thousands of years history,you can see this kind of artists in every street. The material is called Henna,people collect the leaves and grind into fine paste, then it becomes the most important raw material. Except hand painting, Henna is used for hair dyeing too, the old in Africa have black hair thanks to Henna,so it is called the natural hair dyeing material.

關於Cupcake的起源，有兩個說法，一種說法是19世紀的時候，人們還沒有製作蛋糕的模具，就用杯子做蛋糕,比如陶制杯子或小布丁盤一類的，所以就用當時所使用的這些容器來命名蛋糕。另一種說法是做Cupcake的配料是用杯子測量的,一杯黃油、兩杯砂糖、三杯麵粉、 四個雞蛋、一杯牛奶和一茶匙泡打粉。這個配方仍然是花樣層出的Cupcake的母本。
About the resources of cupcakes, there are two different versions.One , in the 19th century,people had no models for making cupcakes, so they use the cups, for example figuline cups or pudding disk,so they use the contents to name the cake.Another is the amount of the stuff which make the cakes is measured by cups,one cup of butter,two cups of sugar,three cups of wheat, four cups of eggs, one cup of milk and one teaspoon of baking powder. This recipe is still the mother version of cupcakes.

教你做蛋糕
Teach you how to make a cake.
低筋麵粉 80克
玉米油 45克
牛奶 45克
蛋清 5份 細砂糖 60克
蛋黃 5份 細砂糖 25克
1、蛋清和蛋黃分離，蛋清放在乾淨無油無水的環境中
2、打發蛋白，分三次加入細砂糖，打至出現小彎
3、烤箱預熱上下火160度
4、蛋黃加入細砂糖，用電動打蛋器攪拌濃稠
5、一起加入牛奶、玉米油
6、混合均勻加入麵粉
7、蛋白分三次加入蛋黃中
8、將麵糊倒入紙杯中，7-8分滿，輕震幾下
9、放入烤箱，烤160度20-30分鐘
low-gluten flour 80g
corn oil 45g
milk 45g
egg white 5 sugar 60g
egg yellow 5 sugar 25g
1 Separate egg yellows and whites, egg whites should be put in a non-water and non-oil content
2 Whisk egg whites and add sugar in three times,until the egg white get hard
3 Warm the oven for 160 degrees
4 Add sugar into egg yellows
5 Add milk and corn oil
6 Mix it up and add low-gluten flour
7 Add the egg whites into yellows in three times
8 Add the paste in to cups
9 Put it in the oven for 20 to 30 mins
