氫氣是一種無毒、無色、無味和無嗅的氣體,根據氫氣和氧氣反應產生水,以「成水元素」描述這一氣體。日本和韓國等國家「氫氣」的名稱為水素,中國學者根據氫氣輕這個特點,使用「氫」命名。
Hydrogen is a kind of colorless, non-toxic, tasteless and odorless gas, which generates water according to the reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, and with the description of 「water generation element」. In the countries such as Japan, South Korea etc., the name of the 「hydrogen」 is water element. According to the feature of being light of the hydrogen, Chinese scholars use 「Qing」 to name it.
氫氣的獨特性質,決定氫氣在生物學上具有許多優點。一個明顯的特點是強大穿透性,可非常容易地進入細胞內如細胞核和線粒體等任何部位,因為許多抗氧化物質難以達到這些部位無法實現理想的抗氧化作用,這是氫氣可以治療疾病的一個重要特徵。另一個優勢是氫氣可穿透血腦屏障,證明氫氣可用於中樞神經系統疾病的治療。2007年,Ohsawa等在《自然醫學》上發表的長篇論文「Hydrogen acts as a therapeutic antioxidant by selectively reducing cytotoxic oxygen radicals」首先報道了氫氣可以選擇性中和細胞毒性自由基,對抗腦缺血引起氧化損傷。氫氣生物學作用的分子機制:氫氣的直接選擇性抗氧化作用、信號傳導調節作用和誘導內源性抗氧化作用。
The properties of hydrogen decide that it owns many advantages in biology. An obvious feature is its powerful penetration, and it can very easily get into any part of a cell, such as nucleus and mitochondria etc. Because many antioxidants are hard to reach these parts to realize ideal antioxidant effect, this is an important characteristic that hydrogen can cause diseases. Another advantage is that hydrogen can penetrate blood brain barrier, which proves that hydrogen can be used to cure central nervous system diseases. In 2007, Ohsawa etc. published the long paper Hydrogen Acts as a Therapeutic Antioxidant by Selectively Reducing Cytotoxic Oxygen Radicals, which had first reported that hydrogen could selectively neutralize cytotoxic radicals, and resist oxidative damage due to cerebral ischemia.
使用氫氣治療疾病的主要有三類方法。一是通過呼吸氫氣和其他氣體(氧氣或空氣等)的混合氣;二是通過注射氫氣飽和生理鹽水;三是通過飲用氫氣飽和水。通過飲用氫氣飽和水是目前最常採用的方式,已經有商品化氫氣水產品在日本和東南亞等國家和地區大量銷售。也是普通人最容易實現的一種使用方法。
There are mainly three methods to cure diseases with hydrogen. The first is through breathing the mixed gas of hydrogen and other gases (oxygen or air etc); the second is through injecting saturated hydrogen saline; the third is through drinking saturated hydrogen water. Through drinking saturated hydrogen water is the most commonly used method at present, and a large number of commercial hydrogen water products have already been selling in the countries and regions such as Japan, Southeast Asia etc. And it is also a method that common people can realize the most easily.
氫氣對幾種重要疾病治療作用的研究

根據目前研究報道看,氫氣對許多引起人類死亡最常見疾病類型如心血管疾病、惡性腫瘤、慢性呼吸系統疾病、心腦血管疾病、老年痴呆症、糖尿病、肺炎、腎炎(腎病綜合征和腎病),都具有理想的治療效果。此外對肝、膽、腎結石;白內障、青光眼、帕金森綜合症、心肌梗死、冠心病、動脈硬化、高脂血症、高血壓、腎衰竭、脂肪肝、肝硬化、前列腺炎、前列腺增生、肥大、便秘、失眠、記憶下降、腸胃炎症、風濕類風濕關節炎、哮喘、氣管炎、口腔潰瘍、更年期綜合症、白癜風、牛皮癬、神經性皮炎等效果也很好。
According to current researches and reports, it can be seen that hydrogen owns ideal treatment effects on many most common types of diseases, which cause human deaths, such as cardiovascular disease, therioma, chronic respiratory disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, alzheimer』s disease, diabetes mellitus, pneumonia, and nephritis (nephrotic syndrome and renal disease). In addition, it also has good effects on liver, gallbladder, kidney stones; cataract, glaucoma, parkinson syndrome, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipemia, hypertension, renal failure, fatty liver, cirrhosis, prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, hypertrophy, constipation, insomnia, memory drops, gastrointestinal inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, oral ulcer, climacteric syndrome, vitiligo, psoriasis, neurodermatitis etc.
1、糖尿病
1. Diabetes
糖尿病皮膚損傷是一類常見併發症,最近有研究發現高血糖可以導致氧化應激。有研究觀察了氫氣對代謝綜合征的動物模型的治療效果,研究採用Cg-Leprcp/NDmcr大鼠,結果發現氫氣水可以顯著減少動物體內活性氧的產生。另外有研究證明氫氣對糖尿病腎臟功能障礙具有治療效果。最近,范敏等發現,氫氣生理鹽水對糖尿病大鼠勃起功能障礙有一定治療作用,該作用和陰莖內血管內皮細胞一氧化氮的合成有關。男性糖尿病患者勃起功能障礙發病率非常高,而且缺乏有效治療手段,氫氣的這一效應給這類患者帶來了希望。氫氣對糖尿病引起的視網膜病變也具有治療作用。來自日本學者的研究表明,氫氣水長期飲用可以治療高脂飲食引起的脂肪肝和脂肪代謝異常。可以減少脂肪肝引起的原發性肝癌的發生。
Diabetic skin injury is a common complication. Recent studies have found that high blood sugar can lead to oxidative stress. Studies have observed the treatment effect of hydrogen to animal model of metabolic syndrome, the study adopted Cg-Leprcp/NDmcr rats, and as a result, it was found that hydrogen water could obviously decrease the generation of active oxygen in animal bodies. Moreover, studies have proved that hydrogen owns treatment effect on diabetic renal dysfunction. Recently, Fan Min etc. have found that hydrogen physical saline has certain treatment effect on erectile dysfunction of diabetic rats, and the effect is related to the synthesis of nitric oxide in endothelial cells of blood vessels in penis. This diabetic erectile dysfunction morbidity of male patients is very high, and lack effective treatment means. The effect of hydrogen brings hope to this kind of patients. Hydrogen also owns treatment effect to retinopathy caused by diabetes. The studies from Japanese scholars show that long term drinking of hydrogen water can cure hepatic adipose infiltration and abnormal fat metabolism caused by high fat, and can reduce occurrence of primary carcinoma of liver caused by hepatic adipose infiltration.
2、老年性痴呆

2010年,李健等採用側腦室注射澱粉樣肽,Aβ1-42模型,證明氫氣治療可以提高老年性痴呆動物的學習記憶能力,減少腦組織炎症反應,同時可以減少氧化應激水平。
In 2010, Li Jian etc. adopted cella lateralis injection of amyloid peptide and Aβ1-42 model to prove that hydrogen treatment can improve the abilities of learning and memory of senile dementia animals, reduce inflammatory reaction of brain tissues, and reduce oxidative stress level at the same time.
3、呼吸系統疾病

研究表明,氫氣對急性和慢性呼吸系統疾病具有潛在的治療價值。氫氣能改善肺的氧合功能、減少炎症級聯反應、減少TNF-a和IL-1水平,氫氣可能是一種治療下呼吸道和肺的氧化和炎症損傷相關疾病的有效手段。
Studies have shown that hydrogen has potential therapeutic values to acute and chronic respiratory disease. Hydrogen can improve lung oxygenation, reduce inflammatory cascade reaction, decrease TNF-a and IL-1 levels. Hydrogen may be an effective means to cure oxidative and inflammatory injury of lower respiratory tract and lung.
4、惡性腫瘤
4. Therioma
氫氣對惡性腫瘤的治療作用早在1975年就被報道(《科學》),有人發現氫氣水可以抑制腫瘤細胞增殖,如日本學者發現,氫氣溶解培養基處理可使人舌HSC-4細胞增殖明顯受到抑制。也有學者發現,氫氣可以保護小鼠免受輻射誘導胸腺淋巴瘤。也有人發現氫氣水可以減少脂肪肝後期原發性肝癌的發生率。
The treatment effect of hydrogen to therioma had been reported (Science) in as early as 1975. Some people found that hydrogen water could inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, like Japanese scholars found that hydrogen dissolution medium treatment could make the proliferation of human tongue HSC-4 cells inhibited obviously. Some scholars also found that hydrogen could protect mice from radiation induced thymic lymphoma, and some people also found that hydrogen water could reduce the incidence of primary carcinoma of liver in later stage of hepatic adipose infiltration.
5、心腦血管疾病
5. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
關於氫氣對心血管系統的研究證據比較多。錢立人等研究發現,氫氣水對輻射引起的心臟損傷具有保護作用,這種作用與氫氣對抗輻射引起的羥基自由基增加有關,呼吸2%的氫氣對心肌缺血再灌注損傷具有保護作用,呼吸氫氣可以提高缺血後心臟功能。
There are many research evidences on hydrogen to cardiovascular system. The researches of Qian Liren etc. find that hydrogen water has protective effect on heart injury caused by radiation, and this effect is related to the increasing of hydroxyl radicals caused by the resistance of hydrogen to radiation. The breath of 2% hydrogen owns protective effect on cardiac reperfusion injury, and breathing hydrogen can improve heart function after ischemia.
氫氣作為一種全新抗氧化物質,可以選擇性中和羥基自由基。儘管研究結果十分豐富,但仍需要深入研究。例如,氫氣清除羥自由基的具體環節,以及氫氣如何影響細胞信號分子、內源頭性抗氧化系統、細胞凋亡和炎症反應等過程的細節。此外,在各類疾病模型中,劑量效應關係以及最佳給藥方式都需要明確。在神經退行性疾病、心血管疾病和呼吸系統疾病等的臨床治療中,作為一種簡單有效的方法,氫氣非常有希望的成為一種值得期待的理想治療手段。
As a kind of new antioxidants, hydrogen can selectively neutralize hydroxyl radicals. Although research results are very abundant, deep researches are still required. For example, the specific steps of hydrogen eliminating hydroxyl radicals, and the details of the processes such as how hydrogen affects cell signaling molecules, endogenous antioxidant system, apoptosis, inflammatory reaction etc. In addition, in the models of various diseases, both dose-effect relation and best drug delivery way are required to be clear and definite. In the clinical treatments, such as neurodegenerative disease, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory system disease etc., as a simple and effective method, hydrogen is very hopeful to become a worth anticipating ideal treatment means.
