大咖來了！首屆威海市市長諮詢委員會成員：陶榮先生

威海市市長國際經濟諮詢委員會成立啦！首屆諮詢委員會成員共15人，匯聚世界500強、新興產業領域知名跨國公司、著名國際組織和商協會、境外知名諮詢機構亞太區總裁以上高管、專家及知名人士等。今天威海商務為你介紹成員之一——陶榮先生。

陶榮(Christopher Wing TO)

陶榮博士現任香港董事學會副主席。他曾任香港國際仲裁中心秘書長，致力提升香港作為亞洲爭議解決中心的領先地位，成功吸引越來越多的國際案件在香港進行仲裁。他也創立了亞洲域名爭議解決中心（ADNDRC）,是在國際上獲得廣泛認可的、知名的和獨立可信的網上域名爭議解決機構。在2001年，他在香港獲得了年度最年輕董事獎項，以及在2007年獲得世界經濟論壇授予全球青年領袖稱號。

Dr. Christopher Wing TO is the Deputy-Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He was the Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, an organization committed to enhancing Hong Kon"s leading position as Asia"s dispute settlement center, and successfully attracted more and more international arbitration cases to Hong Kong. He founded Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre, an internationally accepted, renowned, independent and crediblenetwork domain name dispute resolution institution. He was awarded Director of the Year 2001 by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum 2007.

陶榮博士是一位獨立的調解員與仲裁員，是眾多國際知名爭議解決機構的名冊成員。經陶博士處理的臨時仲裁和機構仲裁案件超過260宗，他也處理許多國際和本地的調解案件。他還是認可調解員、特許仲裁員、特許工程師、特許信息科技專業人員，以及法學教授。

Dr. Christopher Wing TO is an independent mediator and arbitrator,the Panel Member on the member list of a number of world famous dispute settlement institutions. He handled over 260 international cases to date involving both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, as well as international and domestic mediation cases. He is the Chartered Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Information Technology Professional and a law professor.

陶榮博士獲得英國格拉斯哥卡里多尼亞大學工程博士學位、英國斯特林大學法學博士學位、香港城市大學榮譽法學學士學位、英國諾森比亞大學法學碩士學位、香港城市大學仲裁及爭端解決文學碩士學位。

Dr. Christopher Wing TO is Honorary Deng of Glasgow Caledonian University, Doctor of Judicial Science of Stirling University, LLB (Hons) in Law, City University of Hong Kong, LLM in Commercial Law, Northumbria University, UK, MA in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, City University of Hong Kong.
