「過早」是湖北地區對於早飯的方言俗稱，武漢的過早也是樣式豐富，有滋有味。

熱乾麵、面窩、牛肉粉、豆腦、燒賣..太多好吃的啦，下面從我吃過的裡面挑5家非常不錯的具體細說

這個豆皮真的太好吃了! 而且一份的量也不少。牛肉豆皮里的牛肉非常實在，量很多，而且可以加辣味的滷水,超級入味，又辣又香! 並且糯米的口感也很軟糯。

買豆皮時要先買票再排隊，因為人多的原因可能你會排很長時間。

這家店因為上過《舌尖上的中國》而格外出名，排隊的人很多，同樣也是需要先買票然後去排隊。

熱乾麵偏粗硬，生鹼味要重一點，味道不錯，小編一般都喜歡多加芝麻醬~還有牛肉粉，香辣味足，細粉的口感也很好。

這家店的特色是現炸油餅夾燒麥，這種結合在一起的吃法也太有意思了! 而且比起裡面的燒賣，小編更喜歡炸油餅的味道，又香又軟有嚼勁。

他家的紅油熱乾麵也很有名，可惜去的晚了沒吃上熱乾麵...哭~

麻辣牛肉拌面&麻辣牛肉拌粉都很好吃!

這家的味道是特別有味的那種，這兩款面的味道都是一樣的，牛肉也比較大塊，香辣入味，面也非常勁道的，米粉煮得軟軟的但也不會很軟爛。像酸豆角之類的輔料都可以自己選擇添加，強烈推薦~

只有早上6-11點營業哦!沒有固定的鋪子，就只是一個小推車販售的那種，所以準備去的小可愛一定要注意~

油條包進了糯米里~甜的就是裹了糖粉和花生末等，鹹的就是夾的椒鹽和豆乾丁等。味道還可以，蠻有趣的吃法，就是糯米稍微有點硬。
