As most of you saw , last Saturday we had a big Champagne Cooking Class together with Perrier-Jou?t, and we are happy to say it was a success.

Every class we made was not only openning something new about delicious plant-based cuisine, but brought joy and entertainment into the learning process. A room full of happy laughing students who enjoy the class, what can be better than this?
