拍賣規則（Auctionrules）
(1)『買家』指拍賣官已接納出價最高之人士，或該人士披露之委託人;
(1) "buyer"means the auctioneer has accepted the highest bidder, or the principaldisclosed by the person;
(2)『買家支付之酬金』指按拍賣時張貼於拍賣會場之酬金比率，『買家』就『成交價』應付予『奧古斯』之傭金;
(2) "payment bybuyer" means the percentage of remuneration posted at the auction venue atthe time of auction, and the commission payable by "buyer" to"augustus" in respect of the "transaction price";
(3)『費用』，有關出售任何物品之費用指『奧古斯』之收費及支出，包括但不限於法律支出、保險、圖錄及其他複製資料及圖示之費用，任何關稅、廣告、包裝之費用、複製權費、稅項、征費都有指定標準;
