做課時間久了開始走神,怎麼辦?

問:做早晚課,心能夠安住、進入狀態的時候,特別輕鬆愉快。但是時間久了,開始走神了,念頭漫天飛,怎麼辦呢?

Question: While doing morning and evening recitation, if I can remain peaceful and calm, I will feel very happy. But after a long time, I began to get distracted, filled with distractions. What should I do?

答:你現在覺察到了,有的人還根本沒有察覺到。這也不急,慢慢來。心肯定會跑,但是沒有事,盡量調整,跑了就拉回來,再跑再拉回來。往好的方向去做,慢慢就定下來了,哪有一下子就靜下來,一下子就成就的?要通過修鍊,最後才能做到。

Guru answers: You have realized it while others haven』t. Just take it easy. One』s mind is surely easy to slip away, but it』s OK, and try to adjust it. Once it slips away, just draw it back again. Go in the right direction, then it will settle down gradually. How is it possible that the mind is settled and one get accomplished suddenly? By practicing, one can make it finally.

做早晚課的時候,你真正用心去念,才能進入狀態。能夠領悟儀軌的內容,進入修法的狀態,邊念邊思維觀想,那本身就是一種享受。而我們現在就是當一種任務,每天勉強自己去做;做也沒有用心,只是在表面上做,在口頭上念。學佛就要實在一點,用心一點,這樣才能得到加持,得到法益。

While doing morning and evening recitation, you should chant really attentively, and then you can get into the right state. Understand the ritual, get into the state of practice, and chant with contemplation, which itself is a kind of enjoyment. However, nowadays, we just regard it as a kind of task, forcing ourselves to do it every day. While performing it, we just do it orally and carelessly, rather than attentively. One should be honest and attentive in learning Buddhism, only in which way can one get blessing and benefits.
