華為回應波蘭員工事件：終止僱傭關係，個人原因涉犯罪

環球時報記者11日從中國駐波蘭大使館獲悉，當地時間周五在波蘭被捕的中國公民為華為員工。

1月12日，外交部對波蘭內部安全局8日拘押一名華為波蘭公司員工作出回應：中方高度關注王偉晶被波蘭內部安全局拘押事，中國駐波蘭使館已第一時間約見波外交部，要求波方儘快向中方就案件情況進行領事通報，儘早安排領事探視，依法、公正、妥善處理此案，切實保障當事人合法權益、安全和人道主義待遇。

以下為華為回應全文：

華為波蘭代表處員工王偉晶因個人原因涉嫌違反波蘭法律而被逮捕調查，該事件對華為的全球聲譽造成了不良影響，依據公司勞動合同相關管理規定，華為決定立刻終止與王偉晶的僱傭關係。

華為公司一直遵守業務所在國的所有適用法律法規，合規經營，並要求所有員工遵守所在國法律法規。

Huawei has decided to terminate the employment of Mr. Wang Weijing, who was arrested on suspicion of breaking Polish law. His alleged actions have no relation to the company. In accordance with the terms and conditions of Huawei』s labor contract, we have made this decision because the incident in question has brought Huawei into disrepute.

Huawei complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where it operates, and we require every employee toabide by the laws and regulations in the countries where they are based.
