The Best Confession 最好的懺悔

磕大頭、念百字明不一定是懺悔。你能認識到：諸法本來是清凈的，我卻有這麼多的不清凈的分別念，這都是我自己業力的感召。有這種見解，是最好的懺悔。

Making prostrations or reciting the hundred syllable mantra is not necessarily the confession. You can realize that: everything is pure, but I have so many impure conceptual thoughts, these are just the response to my own karma. Having such insight is the best confession.
