J: Yes, please. I"m Jack, the marketing manager of Qufei Company in the China. May I inquire something about the 2019 SEMA Show? I』ve been considering booking a booth.
E: Sure. Anything you would like to know. Is it the first time your company participate in the Show?
J: No, we have participated in the Show as an exhibitor for 2 times.
E: That"s great. You might remember the account number and original password to the official website? Go to net address http://www.***.com and sign in. Fill in the Participation Application Form online according to instruction. Then print out the approved application form with the official seal and post it to the address marked in that page.
J: Thank you. Could you please tell me something about the booth type?
E: The SEMA Show provides standard booths of unified booths and Custom-built booths. Basic equipment in 9 m2 standard booths include: three-side walls, one banner, one carpet, four LED lights, one high spotlight, one aluminum table, four chairs, and one box of mineral water, and one telephone. Refer to the booths, on rental of raw space (minimum 18 m2), that exhibitor entrusts the contractor with qualification certification of the SEMA Show to set up and decorate either in the wooden structure or with materials which are different from those used in the standard booths.
J: I see. Thanks a lot. I think the location of a booth matters a lot. Do you have any booth with high traffic flow to recommend?
E: Yes, certainly. Besides Linear Booth, we provide Corner Booth, End-cap Booth and Peninsula Booth as well. But the price of renting them is much more expensive. And the most expensive one is Island Booth.
