一、板式傢具隱形件試用套裝簡介

Set Introduction for Plate Furniture quick Assembling

本板式傢具隱形組裝套裝包括有：

This set contains:

1. 隱形扣件刀*2；2.排鑽*1；3.隱形連接件*60

2pcs KEYHOLE BIT; 1pc DRILL BIT; 60pcs Plastic Connector

隱形扣件刀用於板式傢具的開槽。排鑽用於在組合板上鑽孔。可以根據組合槽木樣加工板材。

KEYHOLE BIT is used for boards" slotting. DRILL BIT is used for drilling holes on the boards which are slotted and drilled according to the Assembling Sample. PlasticConnectoris for connecting the boards.

二、板式傢具隱形組裝套裝加工組裝方法

How to assemble Plate Furniture?

隱形扣件刀加工組合槽

Use KEYHOLE BIT to slot the boards.

如下圖，在板材1上用隱形扣件刀加工組合槽，先加工組合槽中寬槽的上半部分至所需長度，再加深切削深度，加工至最右端所需長度，然後從右端相同深度返回切削至左端起點，完成組合槽切削。

As shown in the above picture, the combined groove is machined with aKEYHOLE BIT. Firstly, the upper half of the widegrooveabout 4.8mm depth in the combinedgrooveis machined to the required length. And then deepen the cutting depth and continue to slot to the right end. Then slot back with the same depth from the right end to the left end where the slotting is started. This way, the combined groove is finished.

Use DRILL BIT to drill holes

如下圖，在板材2上用排鑽加工隱形連接件對應的兩個孔位。

As shown in the following picture Fig.2, two holes corresponding to Plastic Connector are machined with a DRILL BIT.

How to assemble the Plastic Connector?

如上圖，先將隱形連接件兩端插入板材2中，完成隱形連接件的組裝，若傢具拆解時不需要將隱形連接件拔出。

As shown above, insert both ends of the Plastic connector into Fig. 2 to complete the assembly. If the furniture is disassembled, it does not need to pull out the Plastic connector.

How to assemble the Plate Furniture?

如上圖，將隱形連接件露出部分放入板材1上的組合槽的寬槽部分，後推動板材2至所需位置完成組裝。

As shown above, put the exposed part of the Plastic Connector into the wide part of the combined groove. And then push the board shown in Fig. 2 to the right end of the groove to complete the assembly.
