香港三個旅遊業工會12日發布的有關旅遊業從業者問卷調查顯示，近兩個月來，受訪者平均收入跌幅接近八成，逾一成受訪者收入為零。

周一，港九勞工社團聯會旗下香港導遊總工會、香港領隊總工會和香港旅遊服務業員工總會公布「當前香港旅遊業僱員狀況」調查問卷結果。

受到激進示威者的影響原本7、8月的旅遊旺季，卻是這樣一幅景象：

Between June 16 and July 13, during which time there were several huge demonstrations, flight bookings to Hong Kong from Asia fell by 5.4% on the same period last year, according to analysis firm ForwardKeys.

The summer boom for Hong Kong』s tourism industry has turned into a 「chilly winter」 of unemployment and economic hardship described as worse than the 2003 Sars outbreak by trade unions, as two months of worsening civil unrest take their toll.

持續兩個多月，不斷惡化的示威已經讓香港的夏季旅遊旺季已經變成了「寒冬」。僱員失業，收入減少，旅遊工會稱香港旅遊業比2003年爆發的Sars時候表現更糟糕。

Average earnings for tourism workers have plummeted 74 per cent while the number of tours in the city also fell 74 per cent on average during the same period year on year, affecting an estimated 99 per cent of workers in the industry, according to a survey released on Monday.

周一公布的調查顯示，香港的遊客數量和旅遊收入均比去年同期平均下跌約74%，99%的從業者受到波及。

「The impact is even more severe than the 2003 Sars outbreak,」 said Paul Lau Chun-yuen, president of the Hong Kong Tour Escorts General Union.

香港領隊總工會理事長劉振遠強調，當前香港旅遊業狀況比「非典」時期更糟糕。

想到這兩個月示威者的暴力行為，網友表示：自作孽、不可活……

這兩個月來，暴徒阻塞機場、破壞地鐵、干擾遊客的暴力行為（這些圖告訴你，特朗普說香港遭遇「暴動」絲毫不誇張！），不但嚴重擾亂了香港居民的正常生活，也讓很多想去香港旅遊的人望而卻步。

「香港還安全嗎？」

成為很多遊客出行前的顧慮。

Google Trends data shows a marked increase in the search term 「Hong Kong safe」 since the end of July, with the majority of searches coming from Europe and other parts of Asia.

受暴力衝擊事件影響，香港近日被11個國家和地區發出旅遊警告或忠告。

Several countries, including the UK, Canada, Japan, South Korea and the UAE, have issued demonstration alerts to citizens.
