學佛好比學一門技術，最開始講理論，你聽明白以後，還要通過思維去進一步理解，最後親自去實踐，去體驗，去運用，才能真正掌握這門技術。這個過程就是聞思修。
Learning Dharma is like learning a skill. We start from theory and you will need to comprehend it through contemplation. Later you should practice, experience and apply this skill until you truly master it. This process is equivalent to listening, contemplating, and practicing.
